The New Kid, GWM

Unless you’ve been hiding under a rock, by now you must be well aware that Super Group have recently (as of March 2014) acquired a 50.01% majority stake in the South African division of Chinese car manufacturers, GWM. It was a well thought out, strategic move on behalf of both Super Group and GWM. Super Group are undeniably successful in not only the field of dealerships and supply chains, but also that of parts distribution, logistics and even fleet management. Super Group has pinned down a recipe for success through a broad approach to the motoring industry.

Why GWM, you ask? It’s simple, in the 7 years that their vehicles have been available in South Africa, GWM have grown their brand in the affordable vehicle sector to include 75 dealers in South Africa with an estimated 50 000 GWM cars on the road. With Super Group at the helm, these figures are set to increase dramatically, owing to Super Groups vast experience in vehicle distribution.

The result of this exciting new partnership will be made visible by the soon to be abundant GWM dealerships and accompanying cars on the road. The brand delivers great quality and technology at affordable prices.

We decided to give you a rundown of just a few of GWM’s eye catching gems…
